Based in Beaconsfield, Rhian Martin Fitness is a health, fitness and performance consultancy business which provides health, fitness and performance consultations, bespoke training plans, running assessments and advice to people looking to achieve a sporting, health or fitness goal. She has created a fitness community in Beaconsfield, open to all abilities with her plans, weekly circuit and running classes and online weights sessions.

Rhian Martin (along with her husband) ins 2017/18 was ranked No1 in the Swim Run World rankings and remains one of the best teams in the UK. She has qualified for the World 2024 Ironman Championship. She is an ex-Great Britain Elite triathlete; she competed for Wales at triathlon, duathlon, swimming & cross country. She has been the sporting partner for SCOPE and triathlon expert for Macmillan, advising all of their people who sign up for sporting events on training, preparation and nutrition.

Rhian has been a professional athlete, a Director in a large plc, founded a charitable trust and carried the Paralympic Torch.  She has advised and mentored athletes from beginner to advanced level and across a number of different sporting events and health related goals. She is passionate about making a difference through sport.

Rhian has been my mentor for triathlon for this season and last season. She has helped me to train correctly to gain the most I can from my training.
