Training Plans

If you have a specific goal like a triathlon, marathon, hike, weight lossĀ or general fitness, then having a tailored training plan would help you achieve this. Structured training plans are an effective and affordable way keeping you focused and motivated.

Bespoke training plans take in to account your lifestyle, goals and work and life commitments. This can be done weekly or monthly depending on what package suits you most.

Dedicated email and phone contact is provided to support the achievement of your goals, refine your training plans and to answer your questions. Ideally each plan should start with a Health, Fitness & Performance Consultation but if needs be this can be done on via the phone.

Different packages are available, with varying levels of input and contact from Rhian Martin Fitness. You can choose the package that most suits you.
