About Me

Rhian set up her own fitness business over 10 years ago to inspire, motivate and help people achieve their health, fitness and performance goals, as well as mentoring and providing support to individuals looking to improve.

She has coached people to their first 10K to ultra marathons (inc MdS), super sprint triathlons to Ironman, cyclocross to multi day endurance rides, taught people how to swim to ice swimming world championships aswell as helping people maintain a healthy balanced lifestyle.

I use my breadth of life experience, such as being an ex-professional athlete & World No1, being founder and Director of a Charitable Sports Trust and a 12 year successful career in banking.

She truly believes age it no barrier, helping her team to achieve things they never thought possible and going faster at 50 than they did at 20. She has also done extensive research and held workshops on how to optimize exercise during the menopause.

As a mother of two children she knows how to combine family life with efficient & effective training!
